I am a full time, dedicated Real Estate
Salesperson, licensed since 1999. I have worked with many aspects of this
business. First time buyers are special part of this business, you need
guidance in what to expect in the home buying process. Repeat buyers are often
sellers at the same time as they are buyers and this too is an area where you
want and need a professional that will be there to take you through the
multiple steps. There is intense coordinating of schedules and steps to take
you through a dual set of transactions. For sellers, you want to have an agent
that is familiar with your market area, will keep you in tune with the current
market prices and the trends of your market area. New construction is very
exciting for the buyers, sellers and the marketing real estate agent.

I am experienced in all of these areas and
truly enjoy working with you all. There isnt much that is more rewarding than
helping people obtain the American Dream of home ownership.

I am from Hudson, grew up here, live in
Hudson now and raised my family in this area. I moved out of Hudson for some
time to some neighboring towns but was most happy when I was able come back
here in 2002.

I am very involved with some of my favorite
organizations. I am currently a Trustee on the Hudson Affordable Housing Trust
which works to keep the affordable housing in Hudson at its capacity. I am
Secretary of the Hudson Rotary Club which raises money for many organizations
that provide help for people both here at home and internationally. One of our
greatest causes is our local high school students. I am a member of the
fundraising committee for Rolands House, a homeless shelter for Hudson and
Marlborough which this year also got donations for Willis House in Hudson. A
home for families in transition.
